Due to the digital nature of our product (PDF personality report), we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been delivered to your email.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the following cases:

• You did not receive the report within 24 hours of purchase
• The report was significantly different from what was described
• Technical issues prevented you from accessing the report
